Rabbit Anti-P4HTM Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-1B0)

We develop this astounding rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts with human P4HTM. This antibody is recommended for validation in immunohistochemistry (IHC) studies. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. This R06-1B0 antibody is validated for western blot analysis of HIF prolyl hydroxylases in Hela, A549, HL-60, U251, U87-MG lysates.

- Function
- Catalyzes the post-translational formation of 4-hydroxyproline in hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) alpha proteins. Hydroxylates HIF1A at 'Pro-402' and 'Pro-564'. May function as a cellular oxygen sensor and, under normoxic conditions, may target HIF through the hydroxylation for proteasomal degradation via the von Hippel-Lindau ubiquitination complex.
