Mouse Anti-PDSS2 Recombinant Antibody (clone ZN177) (CAT#: VS3-FY1591)
The pathological antibody can be used in the diagnosis and monitoring of disease. This pathological antibody is a mouse recombinant monoclonal antibody that demonstrates specific reactivity with human PDSS2. The ZN177 is recommended for dilution of target protein by immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Heterotetrameric enzyme that catalyzes the condensation of farnesyl diphosphate (FPP), which acts as a primer, and isopentenyl diphosphate (IPP) to produce prenyl diphosphates of varying chain lengths and participates in the determination of the side chain of ubiquinone.
Supplies nona and decaprenyl diphosphate, the precursors for the side chain of the isoprenoid quinones ubiquinone-9 (Q9) and ubiquinone-10 (Q10) respectively.
The enzyme adds isopentenyl diphosphate molecules sequentially to farnesyl diphosphate with trans stereochemistry.
May play a role during cerebellar development (By similarity).
May regulate mitochondrial respiratory chain function (By similarity).
