Percentages of parasite-free mice after passive immunization with 30 or 100 μg of 1210 or variants 24 hours before subcutaneous injection with Plasmodium berghei sporozoites expressing PfCSP (Pb-PfCSP). Data are from one (100 μg) or two (30 μg) independent experiments with five mice per group. We detected no significant differences in survival for 1210 variants (Mantel-Cox test).
