Two Phl p 5-specific IgE Fabs (clone 5 and 28) and a recombinant IgG Fab with specificity for the major birch pollen allergen Bet v 1 (Co, negative control) were tested for reactivity with nitrocellulose-blotted grass pollen extracts ( rye, S. cereale; timothy grass, P. pratense).
