Rabbit Anti-POMC Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-2J8)

This antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the POMC (Proopiomelanocortin), which stimulates the adrenal glands to release cortisol. This antibody specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat POMC. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation. The recommended dilutions of Western blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/20, respectively.
