Rabbit Anti-POU2F2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R09-8M8)

This is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the POU2F2 (POU class 2 homeobox 2), which regulates transcription in a number of tissues in addition to activating immunoglobulin gene expression. It recognizes human, mouse and rat POU2F2. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/20, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
