This product is a isolated anti-prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) antibody that internalizes upon binding to PSCA on a mammalian in vivo.
Figure 1 shows the growth of PSCA-expressing, PC3 human prostate tumor cells in a mouse model in which the mice were treated with either naked (non-toxin conjugated) antibody or DM1-conjugated antibody.
The anti-PSCA anti bodies were 2399 or 6 B8 and the anti-ragweed antibody 1428 serves as the control antibody (see Example 9).
