This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PSEN2. The target of this antibody is phospho-PSEN2 (Ser330). The clone R01-5C9 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000. The molecular weight of PSEN2 (pSer330) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 23 kDa.
