Recent studies have demonstrated that lipid vesicles conjugated with anti-PTPRZ1 antibodies effectively hinder the proliferation and migration of glioma cells, suggesting a novel approach to combat this aggressive form of cancer. The signaling pathway mediated by PTPRZ1 has been found to be integral to the maintenance and growth of glioma stem cells, thereby positioning PTPRZ1-targeted therapies as a promising strategy in the fight against glioma.
