Clone R02-0A2 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that with high affinity for human PUS1. It cross-reacts with hamster, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, ICC/IF, IP.
Recommended dilution is western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20).

- Acts on positions 27/28 in the anticodon stem and also positions 34 and 36 in the anticodon of an intron containing tRNA.
Also catalyzes pseudouridylation of mRNAs: mediates pseudouridylation of mRNAs with the consensus sequence 5'-UGUAG-3'.
Acts as a regulator of pre-mRNA splicing by mediating pseudouridylation of pre-mRNAs at locations associated with alternatively spliced regions.
