Rabbit Anti-RAD51D Recombinant Antibody (clone R03-9E6) (CAT#: VS3-FY1866)
The R03-9E6 recombinant monoclonal antibody exhibits specific detecting to human RAD51D protein, a calculated weight of 35 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R03-9E6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Bind to single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and has DNA-dependent ATPase activity. Part of the RAD51 paralog protein complex BCDX2 which acts in the BRCA1-BRCA2-dependent HR pathway. Upon DNA damage, BCDX2 acts downstream of BRCA2 recruitment and upstream of RAD51 recruitment. BCDX2 binds predominantly to the intersection of the four duplex arms of the Holliday junction and to junction of replication forks.
