Mouse Anti-RBBP8 Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W43)

The Mouse Anti-RBBP8 Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W43) is a recombinant antibody targeting amino acid residues 620-897 of human CtIP. It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). RBBP8, a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein, binds to retinoblastoma protein and complexes with transcriptional co-repressor CTBP, modulating BRCA1 functions in DNA repair and cell cycle control. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying tumor suppression and DNA damage response.
