REM-422 is an orally bioavailable mRNA degrader specifically targeting the proto-oncogene c-Myb. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-REM-422 Antibody (VS-0125-YC1583), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets REM-422. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with REM-422 conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of REM-422 drug concentrations in various samples.
