Radiolabeled antibodies (specific activ ity: 0.3 mCi/mg) were administered i.v. into tumor (LNCaP) bearing nude mice. Twelve animals per group (3 animals per time point) were sacrificed at 6, 24, 120, and 150 hrp.i.and the accumulation in the tumor, blood and liver monitored.
