This product is a fully human antibody (clone TCN-711) targeting Rhinovirus. TCN-711 was analyzed for binding activity against a panel of HRV serotypes that include major group viruses and minor group viruses in clade A, viruses in clade D, and in clade B. This antibody can be useful for preventing or treatment studies of HRV-infections, and related diseases including the common cold, nasopharyngitis, croup, pneumonia, bronchiolitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), sinusitis, bacterial superinfection, and cystic fibrosis.
