Mouse Anti-RHOA Recombinant Antibody (clone 4E12) (CAT#: VS3-WK1600)
This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human RHOA, which is a member of the Rho family of small GTPases. The clone 4E12 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/1000-1/2000 and IHC analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Long Name
- Ras Homolog Family Member A
- Sequence Similarities
- Belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. Rho family.
- Cellular Localization
- Cell membrane, Cell projection, Cytoplasm, Cytoskeleton, Membrane, Nucleus
- Post Translation Modifications
- Substrate for botulinum ADP-ribosyltransferase.
Cleaved by yopT protease when the cell is infected by some Yersinia pathogens. This removes the lipid attachment, and leads to its displacement from plasma membrane and to subsequent cytoskeleton cleavage.
- Protein Refseq
- NP_001300870.1
- Function
- Small GTPase which cycles between an active GTP-bound and an inactive GDP-bound state. Mainly associated with cytoskeleton organization, in active state binds to a variety of effector proteins to regulate cellular responses such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration and cell cycle.
