Rabbit Anti-RPL13 Recombinant Antibody (clone R14-3X-9)

CAT#: VS3-FY2174

Clone R14-3X-9 is a rabbit recombinant antibody that shows a high affinity for human RPL13 protein, a calculated weight of 24 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R14-3X-9 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).

  • Function
  • The small ribosomal subunit (SSU) binds messenger RNAs (mRNAs) and translates the encoded message by selecting cognate aminoacyl-transfer RNA (tRNA) molecules (Probable). The large subunit (LSU) contains the ribosomal catalytic site termed the peptidyl transferase center (PTC), which catalyzes the formation of peptide bonds, thereby polymerizing the amino acids delivered by tRNAs into a polypeptide chain (Probable).
