It detects SARS-CoV, Alpha (UK, B.1.1.7), Beta (South Africa, B.1.351), Delta (B1.167.2) and Gamma (Brazil, P.1/P.2) Variants of SARS-CoV-2. This antibody does not cross react with MERS-coronavirus, Human coronavirus (NL63, 229E, OC43), Human Adenovirus (type 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 18, 23), Human Parainfluenza virus (type 1, 2, 3, 4), Human Rhinovirus (type 1, 14, 42), Human Metapneumovirus, Respiratory syncytial virus-A, Respiratory syncytial virus-B.
