The antibody clone 10-40 was produced by immunizing with recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S protein. The antibody recognized epitopes within the receptor binding domain (RBD) and inhibited the binding of soluble human angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor to the S protein. It can be used for detection of SARS-CoV-2 S protein in ELISA and SPR assays.
Figure 1 10-28, 10-40, and 11-11 were tested for binding to SARS CoV-2 D614G, B.1.351, SARS-CoV, as well as the RBD of D614G.
