• Application Notes
• A humanized version of the 2H2/3C1 cocktail is found to potently neutralize authentic SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro with half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 12 ng/mL. Reactivities of this antibody to the SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD was measured by ELISA. This antibody neutralized authentic SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro and purified mAb was subjected to live SARS-CoV-2 virus neutralization assay. In the neutralization assays with SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, the anti-SARS-CoV-2 MAb 2H2 was found to potently neutralize SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infection with IC50s determined to be 0.025 µg/mL. This antibody competition for binding to SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD was measured by BLI.
