The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-SCNN1A Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat SCNN1A. SCNN1A encodes a sodium channel subunit vital for epithelial fluid and electrolyte transport, with mutations leading to pseudohypoaldosteronism. The anti-SCNN1A antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (5 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
