Human Anti-SELL Recombinant Antibody (clone HuDREG-200); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0211-YC-F(E))
The product is a recombinant Fab fragment antibody against SELL protein. Blocking monoclonal antibodies could serve as such therapeutic agents. HuDREG-200 block L-selectin-dependent adhesion of human lymphocytes to high endothelial venules in frozen sections of lymph nodes. In addition, HuDREG-200 are inhibitory in a novel L-selectin-dependent adhesion assay.
