The AbPlus Anti-SERPING1 Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC1367) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-SERPING1 specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of SERPING1 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The beads are in suspension and will settle upon storage. Prior to use, mix the vial gently (do not vortex) to ensure delivery of proper bead volume.

- Introduction
- This gene encodes a highly glycosylated plasma protein involved in the regulation of the complement cascade. Its protein inhibits activated C1r and C1s of the first complement component and thus regulates complement activation. Deficiency of this protein is associated with hereditary angioneurotic oedema (HANE). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same isoform.
