Human Anti-SHH Recombinant Antibody (clone 6D7OP) (CAT#: HPAB-0711-CN)
This is a fully human monoclonal antibody (clone 6D7OP) against human sonic hedgehog homolog (Shh). The antibody 6D7OP also binds to human and mouse Indian hedgehog (Ihh) in both the ELISA and Biacore formats. It also neutralizes Ihh Activity in the C3H10T1/2 Cell Osteogenesis. 6D7OP is useful in the treatment studies of diseases associated with the activity and overproduction of Shh and as diagnostics.
