This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes SIGLEC15. human siglec 15 extracellular domain (ECD) fused with mouse IgG2a was used as an immunogen for the mAb generation. The KD value of the antibody to S15 monomer protein is 1.19 nM.

Western blot analysis of HPAB-N0241-YC was performed by loading Human Siglec-15 / CD33L3 Protein (His Tag) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with HPAB-N0241-YC and HRP Goat Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

ELISA analysis of HPAB-N0241-YC was performed by coating with Human Siglec-15 / CD33L3 Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with HPAB-N0241-YC. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
