The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-SIRT2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and rat SIRT2. SIRT2 encodes another sirtuin family member, involved in cellular regulation, existing in multiple splicing forms. The anti-SIRT2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
