Human Anti-SLCO1B1 Recombinant Antibody (clone mab18) (CAT#: VS-0724-FY33)

This is a human antibody that binds to human SLCO1B1. It binds to the extracellular side of the transporter and interacts with the ECL3 fragment that is conserved in OATP1B3. The structures of human OATP1B1 binds to synthetic Fab fragments and functionally distinct states are shown using cryo-EM.
