The Rabbit Anti-SMAD1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse SMAD1. SMAD1 encodes a signaling protein mediating BMP pathways, undergoing phosphorylation and ubiquitination, influencing cellular processes. The anti-SMAD1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500), Immunocytochemistry (1/100-1/500), Immunofluorescence (1/100-1/500), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
