Rabbit Anti-SMAD2 (pS250) Recombinant Antibody (clone R87-1E-7) (CAT#: VS3-WK2057)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated SMAD2. The target of this antibody is phospho-SMAD2 (Ser250). The clone R87-1E-7 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and FC analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of SMAD2 (pSer250) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 58 kDa.
