Rabbit Anti-SNX1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-0A4) (CAT#: VS3-FY2089)
This R02-0A4 recombinant monoclonal antibody demonstrated capability to bind to human SNX1. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF. The SNX1 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of SNX1 in Hela, A549, HL-60, U2OS, U87-MG lysates and immunocytochemistry analysis of SNX1 (green) in hela using SNX1 antibody.

- Function
- Acts in part as component of the retromer membrane-deforming SNX-BAR subcomplex. The SNX-BAR retromer mediates retrograde transport of cargo proteins from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN) and is involved in endosome-to-plasma membrane transport for cargo protein recycling. The SNX-BAR subcomplex functions to deform the donor membrane into a tubular profile called endosome-to-TGN transport carrier (ETC) (Probable). Can sense membrane curvature and has in vitro vesicle-to-membrane remodeling activity.
