Anti-SPARCL1 (clone W24V128) Recombinant Antibody Coupled Liposome (VS-1024-FY130)
CAT#: VS-1024-FY130
The anti-SPARCL1 antibody-conjugated liposomes have been studied as a potential targeted drug delivery system for glioma. This system leverages the drug-loading capacity of liposomes and the targeting properties of antibodies, which may enhance the delivery of drugs in the tumor microenvironment, improve treatment efficacy, and reduce side effects.

- Introduction
- SPARC-like protein 1 (SPARCL1), also known as hevin, is a secreted protein with high structural similarity to SPARC. SPARCLl (secreted protein acidic and rich inCysteine like 1) is a member of SPARC family, a glycoprotein exocrine to secretory stromal cells, a tumor suppressor molecule that inhibits cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Abnormal changes occur in some tumors, and too little secretion promotes the occurrence and development of tumors.
