The Rabbit Anti-SPTA1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human SPTA1. SPTA1 encodes a molecular scaffold linking the membrane to the actin cytoskeleton, involved in cell shape determination and organelle arrangement; mutations cause hereditary RBC disorders. The anti-SPTA1 antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
