Excellent Stem Cell Marker
We used this humanized antibody to stain for SSEA4 in our iPSC cultures. It worked perfectly in flow cytometry, allowing us to quantify the population of undifferentiated cells. The specificity for the stage-specific embryonic antigen-4 is outstanding, making it a staple in our lab.
Functional In Assays
In addition to marker detection, we used this antibody in functional assays. The fact that it is a recombinant humanized IgG1 gives it consistent biological activity. It has been reliable for our research into the roles of surface glycosphingolipids in stem cell biology.
