TAG-72 expression in human colon cancer cells was detected by western blot analysis using the HuCC49 antibody and horseradish peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-human IgG antibody. Lane 1, standard protein markers; lane 2, LS174 T cells (TAG-72-positive); lane 3, WiDr cell extract (TAG-72-negative).
