Mouse Anti-TAPBP Recombinant Antibody (clone PaSta1) (CAT#: VS-0724-FY23)

This is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human tapasin. PaSta1 binds to all tapasin molecules, both free and bound to MHC-I. It binds tapasin with a KD value of 1 to 2 nM. PaSta1 binds to tapasin at the top of the N-IgV domain.
