The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-TCF7L2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse TCF7L2. TCF7L2 encodes a transcription factor in the Wnt signaling pathway, regulating blood glucose homeostasis, with variants associated with type 2 diabetes risk. The anti-TCF7L2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
