Rabbit Anti-TEC Recombinant Antibody (clone R09-6E7)

CAT#: VS3-FY1899

This anti-Tec antibody detected positive in western blot analysis of Tec in K562 lysates. The recombinant monoclonal antibody has been meticulously designed to target human TEC. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, ICC/IF. The R09-6E7 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200).

  • Function
  • Plays a redundant role to ITK in regulation of the adaptive immune response. Regulates the development, function and differentiation of conventional T-cells and nonconventional NKT-cells. Required for TCR-dependent IL2 gene induction. Phosphorylates DOK1, one CD28-specific substrate, and contributes to CD28-signaling. Mediates signals that negatively regulate IL2RA expression induced by TCR cross-linking. Plays a redundant role to BTK in BCR-signaling for B-cell development and activation, especially by phosphorylating STAP1, a BCR-signaling protein.
