Recombinant Anti-TFPI Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC305)

The anti-TFPI eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human TFPI. TFPI inhibits factor Xa, affecting coagulation pathways. The antibody has a novel TFPI-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TFPI from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
