The AbPlus Anti-TH Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC381) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-TH specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of TH protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The beads are in suspension and will settle upon storage. Prior to use, mix the vial gently (do not vortex) to ensure delivery of proper bead volume.

- Introduction
- The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the conversion of tyrosine to dopamine. It is the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of catecholamines, hence plays a key role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons. Mutations in this gene have been associated with autosomal recessive Segawa syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.
