The antibody clone L-TARS-11 was produced by immunizing with recombinant proteins of aaRSs. It can be used for detection of human ThrRS in ELISA, IF, SPR assays.
Figure 1 Kinetic measurement: single-cycle kinetics sensorgrams of a selection of the validated scFv as determined by SPR.
Each scFv was captured by an immobilized anti-FLAG antibody, before addition of cognate antigen. For L-RARS-5, L-TARS-11, and L-YARS2-9, the injected antigen concentrations were between 0.4 and 250 nM, whereas the concentrations for L-SARS-11 were 0.08-50 nM.
Figure 2 Specificity screening binding assay using Luminex.
Eleven biotinylated aaRSs antigens (x axis) were immobilized on NeutrAvidin-coupled beads, and the binding signals of the different scFv (y axis) were determined.
