The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-TLR4 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human TLR4. TLR4 encodes a Toll-like receptor crucial for pathogen recognition and innate immunity regulation, binding lipopolysaccharides, with variants affecting responsiveness. The anti-TLR4 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
