This antibody is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes human CD30. Mab Ber-H2 could be applied in routinely processed, formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Mab Ber-H2 can be used in the diagnostic for cancer. Using the Ber-H2 MoAb, these Ki-1 lymphomas could be easily distinguished from other nonlymphoid anaplastic large-cell tumors.
