Human Anti-TNFRSF9 Recombinant Antibody (clone hu39E3.G4); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0033-YJ-F(E))
This product is a recombinant humanized Fab that recognizes the extracellular domain of human 4-1BB. In vitro co-stimulation assays showed that when the antibody was added to human T cells, the T cells were stimulated with a sub-optimal concentration of CD3 and they enhanced IFN-γ synthesis. Mab hu39E3.G4 also functions in treating cancer.
