Recombinant Anti-TNFSF13 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC317)

The anti-TNFSF13 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human TNFSF13. TNFSF13 engages with B cell development receptors and may induce apoptosis through interactions with receptor family proteins. The antibody has a novel TNFSF13-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TNFSF13 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
