Rabbit Anti-TP53 (pS6) Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-0F2) (CAT#: VS3-WK2036)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated TP53. The target of this antibody is phospho-TP53 (Ser6). The clone R02-0F2 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of TP53 (pSer6) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 53 kDa.
