Human Anti-TPM4 Recombinant Antibody (clone D09)

This is a human monoclonal antibody against human tropomyosin alpha-4 chain (TPM4) and can be used to detect TPM4 present in saliva of patients with OSCC. This antibody has been tested for use in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry assays.

- This antibody clone D09 was able to distinguish saliva of OSCC patients from healthy subjects by ELISA with sensitivity and specificity of 96.67%. This antibody presented a positive immunostaining for invasive malignant epithelial cells in the connective tissue, keratin pearls in the OSCC, and ducts of salivary glands. Immunohistochemical analysis of this antibody was performed in OSCC tissues. [PMC6895045]
