Recombinant Anti-TTR Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC321)

The anti-TTR eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human TTR. TTR transports thyroxine to the brain, aiding thyroid hormone regulation. The antibody has a novel TTR-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TTR from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
