Provided is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) -specific human antibody, and more particularly to a human antibody including a complementarity determining region (CDR) and a framework region (FR) derived from a human antibody specifically bound to VEGF. E9 monoclonal antibody showing binding capacities similar to that of Bevacizumab all exhibited strong affinities for mouse VEGF similar to those for human VEGF, leading to a cross reaction. The VEGF- specific human antibody may be used in diagnosis of diseases caused by the VEGF-overexpression, classification of the diseases, visualization, treatment, and prognostic evaluation.
