CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-TXNIP Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC1193)

The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-TXNIP Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat TXNIP. TXNIP encodes a thioredoxin-binding protein that inhibits the antioxidative function of thioredoxin, leading to oxidative stress accumulation. It also regulates cellular metabolism and ER stress, potentially acting as a tumor suppressor. The anti-TXNIP antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
