Rabbit Anti-TXNRD1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-8I4)

This R01-8I4 recombinant monoclonal antibody has been meticulously crafted to specifically target human TXNRD1. It cross-reacts with mouse. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. It is advised to dilute the sample for improved detectability by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The thioredoxin reductase 1 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of TXNRD1 in 3T3 lysates and immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer antigen
retrieval.
